ADE 1.2.110 opens faster, moves Copilot chats onto the GitHub Copilot SDK, groups stacked PR lanes in the Work page, and fixes a run of multi-machine and sync rough edges.

Features

  • Copilot chats run on the GitHub Copilot SDK instead of ACP (#1714).
  • Stacked PR lanes are grouped in order in the Work page and joined with a rail (#1722).
  • A compact new-lane composer with inline branch pickers (#1721).
  • Elements you inspect in the browser tell the agent their HTML, CSS and source file (#1719).

Speed

  • ADE opens faster by reusing compiled code from the last launch (#1743).
  • The background service starts faster the same way (#1744).
  • Finding slash commands no longer freezes the background service on large skill folders (#1737).

Sync & multi-machine reliability

  • A chat you just started on another machine shows as working right away, not Done (#1733).
  • A closed Tools pane stays closed while a shell on another machine prints (#1742).
  • Lane “new chat” buttons open on that exact lane and machine (#1720).
  • Deleting a lane on another machine shows the same progress overlay as a local delete (#1724).
  • A machine that isn’t reconnecting automatically says so instead of just “Not connected” (#1739).
  • Sync status right after the background service starts says ready when it is (#1736).
  • Serving a project that follows another machine no longer stops the project that hosts sync (#1735), and a runtime that isn’t allowed to host never claims the sync cluster (#1730).
  • Start sync says what’s happening instead of a raw 30-second timeout (#1738).

Fixes

  • A resumed subagent stays marked as running (#1713).
  • Settings always keeps the sidebar visible and never becomes a project’s start page (#1725).
  • Renderer path checks no longer reveal, through symlinks, whether files exist outside allowed folders (#1727).

Diagnostics

  • Logged errors group in Sentry by the real error instead of by log event (#1726), and CLI runtime errors keep their stack in the log (#1728).
